Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to the digital presence of AWRPA (All Weather Recovery Public Adjusters). By accessing or utilizing our services, platform, or consulting resources, you enter into a legally binding agreement with AWRPA.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our architectural advocacy tools and adjuster engagement systems. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. Your continued use constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of these mandates.
Description of Services
JURISDICTION: STATE OF ILLINOIS
Public Adjusting Protocol
AWRPA operates as a licensed Public Adjusting entity in the State of Illinois. We provide expert representation for policyholders in the assessment, negotiation, and settlement of first-party property insurance claims.
Architectural Advocacy
Our methodology integrates structural engineering principles with legal advocacy to ensure that claim valuations reflect the true architectural integrity of the damaged property.
User Responsibilities
Transparency & Accuracy
Users must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding their insurance policies and property damage. Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of services.
Cooperation Mandate
Successful recovery requires active participation. Users agree to cooperate with AWRPA staff and provide access to the property for necessary inspections and forensic audits.
Intellectual Property
The Architectural Advocate Brand
All content, methodology, proprietary assessment algorithms, and visual branding associated with "The Architectural Advocate" are the exclusive property of AWRPA. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or reverse-engineering of our recovery systems is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
"AWRPA provides professional adjusting services based on available data and industry expertise. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, as final claim settlements are subject to insurance carrier approval and policy limitations."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWRPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our digital platforms or consulting services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
